Yong was very helpful and resourceful. The issue was a second floor attic vent that got ripped by cables and an animal that used it to access the attic. Yong suggested how to resolve it, and his solution was very well done. He also strengthened the two other vents that looked weak even without me asking for it. His pricing was great too.
